設営・案内・撤収にご協力いただけるボランティアスタッフを募集します。
みなさんのお力を何卒お貸しください
ご検討いただけますと幸いです。
ボランティアスタッフ
募集条件
- 満18歳以上の方
- 作品も宇治も大切にしてくださる方
作業時間・内容
会場設営（9:30〜11:00）
机・椅子・資材の搬入と設営作業
巡回・簡単な撤収作業（11:00〜15:00）
会場内の巡回が主です
コスプレ・クローク受付（10:00〜15：00）
コスプレ受付、更衣室、荷物の管理。
女性のみ。
持ち物
- 軍手
- 水分
- 必要であれば小さいバック
※貴重品、スマートフォン、飲み物等の管理は自身で行ってください
集合場所
- 大ホールホワイエ
諸注意
- 例年9月の宇治は動くと暑く感じます
- 動きやすい格好でお願いします
- 集合は15分前を予定しております
- 予定時間は前後する可能性がございます
